Hiring a car from major companies at discounted prices is very easy to arrange. Renting a vehicle is definitely the best way to find your holiday destination´s hidden gems!

There is an extremely wide selection of companies at most airports and also within the major cities or tourist spots. The typical price would be around 100€ per week for a small hatchback, and our buying power with the large international companies means that cheap deals are available by reserving online.

So why not book the car of your choice, in whatever Group, using our simple booking system ?

A valid driver’s license is required for all operators of any hiredvehicle. The license must be valid at the time of rental, and remain valid throughout the rental period.

Most companies will include: Unlimited Mileage, Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Waiver, Free Airport Service, Breakdown Recovery and Local Taxes, but the best thing is to check with your rental company first.

The major companies who provide vehicle rentals are Alamo, Hertz, Budget, EuropCar and Avis, and you can make a reservation right here.

Child Car Seats - The New Law in the UK

Check out on arrival if this applies.

What is the new law? Children under 3 years must use the child restraint appropriate for their weight in any vehicle.

There is only one exception - a child under three may travel unrestrained in the rear of a taxi if the right child restraint is not available.

Rear-facing baby seats must not be used in a seat protected by a frontal air-bag unless the air-bag has been deactivated manually or automatically.

In vehicles where seat belts are fitted, children 3 years to 135 cms. in height (approx 4ft 5ins) must use the appropriate child restraint.

Three exceptions allow these children to travel in the rear and use an adult belt :-

1. in a taxi, if the right child restraint is not available;

2. for a short distance in an unexpected necessity, if the right child restraint is not available;

3. where two occupied child seats in the rear prevent the fitment of a third child seat.
